Private secluded Grade II 16th Century house overlooking a large picturesque lake in an idyllic rural setting with far reaching views of the Sussex Downs.
The Coach House with its vaulted ceiling and exposed beams has a wood burner with an unique brick surround which is a centre feature for civil ceremonies. Both the Coach House and the Reception Room provide access onto the terrace and beautiful gardens that overlook the lake.
From the months of May through to September a fully dressed marquee seating 150 with a licensed bar is set up on the lower lawn next to the lake and is included as part of the venue hire.
